You don't have to be famous or royalty!…

Although with me you get VIP treatment and royal treatment, you don't have to be a celebrity, model or noble by title at all 😉

I am often asked: "Do you also take pictures of ordinary people?"

DAMN YES!! I do just as much ordinary portraits, such as fashion/beauty etc.

It is a fact that I have made quite a few portraits of "known Denmark". BUT for me it is also underlined under "portrait". A portrait is a reflection of the person sitting across from me.... regardless of who it is. It is a great honor for me to be allowed to immortalize everyone - regardless of your name or where you come from.

Shooting a portrait is actually quite a prestigious area in the world of photography. After all, we create a super "intimate" sphere between me and the person I'm going to take pictures with/of. It is from there that my main task is to "capture" the personality in each click. Preferably in such a way that the person can afterwards say "WAUW - that's probably SO much me".

What is a good portrait??

Most people are not keen on having pictures taken and feel they COMPLETELY stiffen in front of the camera. Most often my sessions start with me hearing: "so, you should know that I HATE being photographed and I am NOT photogenic AT ALL, and then I have (insert more) issues with this and that and that".

In 99.9 % of the cases, it ends with them smiling big on the way out the door and thanking them for a good experience AND ordering extra photos.

That is my experience: WHEN YOU RELAX, THE MAGIC HAPPENS!!! so I make a big deal out of the fact that there is space and time to "land" and have a drink.... and then I give a lot of myself on a photoshoot... I'm ME all the way and it's disarming
