Photographer:

When you book me for a photo assignment, you also accept these conditions. If you have any questions about any of what is written below, you are very welcome to contact me on +45 25157676 or anja@anjaekstroem.dk

When booking, it is accepted that I have permission to display your photos on my own website, social media, etc., unless otherwise agreed.

When booking, it is accepted that I subsequently save a backup of your photos in a dropbox folder with your name on it - you can always ask for access to this OR to have it deleted (but then the photos are also GONE, so you can't get help yourself , if one day you have lost the photos)

When booking, it is accepted that I save our email correspondence, in case of future tasks together. If you also want these deleted, you just have to contact me and ask me for this.

Payment & Prices

I will send an invoice to you personally or your company which is paid via bank transfer. Payment must be made no later than 8 days after the task has been delivered. I update my prices in line with my own and the industry's development. The prices stated in our email correspondence are valid on the day you book your photo session.

All prices are excl. driving, and driving in terms of the applicable state mileage rates.

Minimum purchase & Right of withdrawal

Since I dedicate time in the studio to you and spend time on a session, it also means that I have said no to other clients. Therefore, there is a minimum purchase of 1 photo at the current price for this.

There is no right of withdrawal as it is not a physical product, but a service. When we start our photoshoot, you are subject to the minimum purchase rule and before then, the cancellation policy applies. Once you have selected the desired images, they are sent to external retouching and it is therefore not possible to change your mind/redo the choices afterwards.

Delivery time

Unless we have agreed otherwise, it takes 14-21 days before your fully edited images are delivered electronically after I have received the selections from you. The editing includes skin editing, skin tone/color correction, cropping, exposure, some unwanted spots on clothes, etc. Major changes/manipulations of images are not included in the regular price. This type of work is made to order, and the price is agreed beforehand. All images are delivered via email or a download link (dropbox), before payment.

Copyright & Right of Use

I, Anja Ekstrøm, have full copyright and usage rights over all my photos. When you book a photo session, you get what is called 'right of use'. This means that you may use the images privately or for the agreed purpose. You may not resell the images, or participate in competitions where you give the organizer of the competition any kind of right to use the images.

Product campaigns will typically (unless otherwise agreed) have right of use for a maximum of 12 months from the date of delivery and must therefore be renegotiated if the period is extended or use platforms are expanded. The client is required to contact Anja Ekstrøm to arrange this, as it will otherwise be invoiced in full for a new period.

Cancellation policy

Since I dedicate GOOD time to you in the calendar and thereby reject others, the cancellation policy below is necessary. This applies unless otherwise agreed.

In case of cancellation later than 4 days: You will be charged DKK 500

In case of cancellation later than 48 hours: You will be charged DKK 1500.

If canceled later than 24 hours: You will be charged the full price for 1 picture: DKK 2,700

In case of no-show: You will be charged the full price for 1 picture: DKK 2,700

You must not…..

• Sell the images to another site
• Self-editing is requested as it is no longer a picture with a quality I want to add a name to
• Misuse of all image material belonging to Anja Ekstrøm is reported to the police and charged according to applicable rates
• If crediting of the photographer has been agreed, this is expected to be respected

Purchase of courses and books/e-books

E-books: It is REALLY cool that you are excited about the product you have purchased, but you must not share the link with others – the product you have purchased is your personal and must not be shared. If this is not complied with, you will be charged for the number of times/users with whom you have shared.

Books: The money for the book can be refunded within 8 days of the date of purchase and is only refunded if the book is in unused condition and does not show signs of use. Shipping for returns is your responsibility. If the return is approved, the money will be refunded within 3 weeks of receipt via bank transfer

Workshops/Bootcamps: There are no refunds on these items after registration. As soon as you have registered, bookings and planning of the course will start, based on who participates and the costs associated with this mean that the money cannot be refunded regardless of the reason for your absence. IF it can be done without any consequences for the course and its planning, you can request to be moved to a later class. However, it is far from guaranteed to be an option if the above bookings have taken place. I am naturally flexible where I can be.

Bootcamp abroad: As a participant, you yourself are responsible for ensuring that you have correct and valid documentation and insurance. You are also responsible for reading the FAQ so that you know the details of the course you are signing up for.

You are responsible for your own flight and this is not included in the price of the bootcamp.
